New programme launch

ALL THOSE involved in Gaelic games are invited to the launch of a strength and conditioning programme in the Ferrycarrig Hotel this evening (Wednesday) at 8 p.m.
The programme has been designed and developed by Paul Byrne, MSc, CSCS, Technical Officer in the Physiology Laboratory of the Department of Science and Health at the Institute of Technology Carlow, and Paul Carty, BSC (Hons), Human Physiology and Rehabilitation.
Paul has specific responsibility for the development of Gaelic football in Wexford and is manager of the Co. Under-21s who will take on Louth in the first round of the Leinster championship in Dowdallshill on Saturday next.
