Stress helpline
THE COUNTY Wexford Stress Helpline has sent out a reminder to people in the county that its LoCall number 1890 22 55 55 is available to people who are going through a difficult time, or who would simply like someone to talk to.
The confidential service is staffed by local volunteers and is available from Wednesday to Sunday from 7.30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The service is funded by Wexford County Development, the HSE, and also by local donations. The volunteers can advise callers how to access services locally if required.
