D'Zine's Haiti fundraiser

A HELPING hand was offered to the people of Haiti last week when D'Zine in Gorey hosted a coffee morning for Concern's work with the earthquake victims in Haiti.
Mary Wafer, organiser of the event, said that it went very, very well, and that she was happy with the attendance of 60 to 70. Mary said she hopes to have raised a nice sum of money from Concern, and said she was delighted to have been able to help the people of Haiti.
Mary also thanked everyone who turned up, purchased a cup of coffee and supported the worthy cause.
