COURTOWN HIBS are just about to embark on another new season. Expectation is very high, with record numbers of boys and girls registering with Courtown Hibs this year. Last Tuesday, we were visited by the FAI, which included Mr. John Delaney, Packie Bonner, Ray Houghton and many more. We had a wonderful morning as part of the Wexford FAI Summer Soccer Festival.
We're still looking for managers, so any parent out there, who would like to be involved, please make yourself known to any member of the schoolboy committee.
Also this year, we hope to organise our first Soccer Academy, concentrating on our younger members aged six and upwards. We hope to do the academy on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Everybody welcome. Registration is €50 for first child, €25 each for all subsequent siblings.
This season we hope to open a coffee shop on Saturday mornings, any volunteers to help run this would be great. Courtown Hibs needs volunteers!
