COMMUNITY BINGO
Bingo takes place in the Community Centre every Monday night from 8.30pm to 10.15pm. Along with three snowballs and the parish draw there is a weekly payout in prize money of over €2,000. On average one person in four wins money every week.

SCHOOLS GAA
Ferns St. Aidan's GAA Club recently made a presentation of GAA gear and equipment to the five schools in the Ferns Parish. In late 2011, Des O Neill (Club Chairman) and George Murphy (Treasurer) met with the schools with a view to establishing if Ferns St. Aidan's GAA Club could help them in any way and following which the need for additional gear and equipment was identified.
At a recent presentation, the message from the schools was certainly very positive and there is no doubt that the gear/equipment will be put to very good use in the ongoing development and promotion of GAA activity in each of the schools. The five schools involved were Scoil Naomh Mhaodhog, St. Edans NS, Ballyduff NS, Clologue NS and Tombrack NS.
TOMBRACK LADIES CLUB
The next meeting of the Tombrack ladies club takes place on Thursday 9th February at 8pm in Tombrack Hall. Last week two of our members Mary Bolger and Margaret Maguire displayed their talents with their patchwork quilts. Providing the cup of tea on the night were Mona and Denise Warren.
DAY OF PRAYER
This Sunday 5th February in St Aidan's Monastery of Adoration, Ferns (Nuns Chapel) from 2-5pm there is a link up with all of Ireland for a special day of prayer organised by the Medjugorje Council of Ireland, with Rosary, Adoration, Testimony, Confession, Holy Mass. NU EDGE DANCE SCHOOL
Classes continue on Fridays from 56pm in Ferns community centre.
