SCHOOL NEWS: Ballyduff NS will re-open for pupils on Tuesday, August 31st at 9.20 am. This year we will welcome twelve new Junior Infants. Junior Infants will go home at 12.30 until Monday, September 13th. The school building has undergone big changes over the holidays and is very much on track to be ready for the return to school. Ballyduff NS Homework Journals will be on sale in the school in September.

CONGRATULATIONS: Congratulations to Charlotte Redmond who was selected to play in an Exhibition Camogie game at half time of the All Ireland Senior Hurling Championship Semi Finals in Croke Park recently. It was part of the INTO/GAA Mini Sevens GAA Go Games. Charlotte was selected by her team mates and teachers in Clonegal NS to represent the school at a skills display earlier in the year and there was great rejoicing in June when the school was informed that Charlotte had been selected to play in Croke Park.
